Hello,
The 2023 J Day Off-Road season wrapped up in the sands of Southwick, MA. The conditions weren’t
ideal, with it being rainy and cold. But the track held up and made for some good racing.
Team Riders:
Brandon Gregoire #913 – Pro 125 & AA – Brandon was flying in the AA class. He was mixing it up with the leader for the whole race. Fortunately, he wrapped up the 125 championship at the last round, because unfortunately he had some bike issues in the first moto that spilled over into the second moto too. In Pro 125 Brandon went 5-12 for 9th overall and in AA he finished 3-2 for 2nd overall.
Nate Marr #84 – A Open – Nate was fighting for position on every lap. It seemed like he never got a
moment to breathe. He kept pushing and landed on the podium. Nate finished 2-3 for 3rd overall.
Colton McQuarrie #34 – Supermini – Colton did what Colton does and ran with the lead pack. He looked like he was on rails and never lost any pace as the race went on. He finished 3-3 for 3rd overall.
Jon Gagnon #105 – A Vet – Jon had a big moment in practice on Saturday and ended up cartwheeling Jared’s bike. Luckily Jon was ok, and he had a solid race. He finished 9-7 for 8th overall.
Jared Drouin #333 – A Vet – Jared and Jon worked all Saturday afternoon to get his bike back together after Jon modified it for him. They got the bike ready, and Jared was able to keep it in one piece and earn a top 10. He finished 10-9 for 10th overall.
Lucas Caron #513 – A Open – Lucas must have been practicing his reaction times while he was away from J Day. He nailed both holeshots and then had some awesome pace on the track. Lucas finished 5-4 for 5th overall.
Mike Ryan #284 – B 250 – Mike had a couple of great starts. He said that arm pump was a big issue
because he’s been off the bike healing up. He was still able to keep charging and have a solid race. Mike finished 9-11 for 10th overall.
