Hello, The final race of the 2022 J Day Off-Road Series was held this past Sunday. It took place at the legendary MX338 in Southwick, MA. The weather was great and the gates were packed. It made for an awesome day of racing! Team Riders: Nate Marr - Pro 125 / A Open - #84 - The 125 Pro class and all the classes for that matter were packed because it was a beautiful weekend and the last J Day of the year. Nate rode pretty tight all day and anyone that has ever seen Southwick knows that you don't want to ride tight there, because it gets insanely rough. Unfortunately, he didn't exactly have luck on his side either with a few small crashes in the woods and a good T-bone on the moto track with another racer. No one got hurt and Nate finished 27-27 for 27th overall in Pro 125 and 11-11 for 11th overall in A Open. 2022 season points; Pro 125 - 11th A Open - 4th. Jon Gagnon - A Vet - #105 - Jon had a 1995 Suzuki RM125 that he restored and was going to race at Southwick. Unfortunately, didn't get to race because of his knee injury from the previous round. He still went and cheered on his friends and enjoyed watching some great racing. 2022 season points; A Vet - 5th. Jared Drouin - B Vet - #333 - Jared had a good race with a couple solid motos. His class was packed with racers that excel on the motocross track. He finished 6-8 for 6th overall. 2022 season points; B Vet - 4th. Kyle Sackett - C Vet - #253 - I did was not present for this race because I am in Minnesota for snocross. Here is how I ended up in points after only racing 1/3 of the events. 2022 season points; C Vet - 26th. Support Riders: Cory Desrochers - B Vet - #556 - Cory had a few crashes in his first moto that really held him up. For moto 2 he put his head down and pushed. He finished 19-10 for 14th overall. 2022 season points; B Vet - 7th. Colton McQuarrie - Mini A - #34 - Colton was enjoying his day and the sand and ringing his bike's neck. He finished 1-1 for 1st overall. 2022 J Day Mini A and GNCC 7-11 85cc Champion! Thanks for reading!
