Good morning,
I hope you're having a good start to the day. On Mothers Day the J Day Off-Road Series took us to Huntington, MA for the Dozer Memorial GP, which is round 3 of the series.
Team Riders:
Jon Gagnon - B Vet - #105 - Jon has been in a battle for the podium in every race so far this year and this round was no different. He even found himself leading the second moto until a flat rear tire bumped him back a spot. Jon finished 3-2 for 2nd overall. He is 3rd in championship points, 8 points behind 1st and just 1 point behind 2nd.
Jared Drouin - B Vet - #333 - Jared had a solid ride while he continues to improve his results. Jared finished 11-16 for 14th overall.
Kyle Sackett - C Vet - #253 - My goal was to finish inside the top 20 again but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I went down on the second lap while taking a different line trying to make a pass. I fell back to 41st and worked to get back as many positions as I could. The goal for the second moto was to maintain a steady pace and stay off the ground. I finished 33-16 for 24th overall.
Support Riders:
Nate Marr - A 200 - #84 - Still new to the A class and this round being the first of the more gnarly woods tracks, Nate rode very well. He finished 9-8 for 10th overall.
Colton McQuarrie - Mini B - #34 - Colton did not have the race weekend that he was looking for. A broken throttle cable and then a fuel line failure hindered both motos. Colton's results were DNF-14 for 14th overall. He still sits 3rd in championship points and he is going to work hard to come back at the next round.
Thanks for stopping by.
